If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, please let us know as soon as possible by telephone (01606 860678) or by email (email@example.com).
If the item is faulty, we will arrange to collect or exchange it at our expense.
If you wish to return the item for any other reason, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. For convenience please re-use the box or bag which your items were sent in, ensuring that they are sealed and protected. You must return the goods via a method that allows tracking of the item. Simply write your request on a copy of the invoice you received with your goods and enclose in the package.
You may return any item within 28 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, providing it is in its original condition and unused. Riflescopes must not have been mounted as this marks the tube so please ensure that the item meets your requirements before you do this. In the very rare occasion an item is found to have a manufacturing fault, it will be exchanged or repaired. Please contact us with details of the fault.
Please note: Aim Field Sports offer full after sales support on Sightron riflescopes and binoculars only to customers that have purchased direct from Aim Field Sports or via their appointed stockists. No after sales support will be offered on Sightron products purchased from other retailers. International purchases from the USA will not be eligible.
