I calci pieghevoli sono spesso visti su armi di livello militare poiché un calcio pieghevole rende l'arma più compatta per lo stoccaggio e il trasporto. Sempre più fucili tattici vengono dotati anche di calci pieghevoli. Fino ad ora, è stato molto difficile trovare una borsa pieghevole dedicata. Aim Field Sports® ha sviluppato modelli separati per i calci pieghevoli destro e sinistro (vedi sotto).
ILFS-42 è stato progettato per calci pieghevoli che si piegano direttamente verso l'otturatore. Fare riferimento alle pagine AIM® FSX-42 se il fucile si piega nel modo opposto. Questa borsa può contenere un fucile con una lunghezza massima piegata di 40½ pollici (103 centimetri). Per renderlo impermeabile al 100%, abbinalo ad un piccolo parapioggia.

I already have an AIM 45 Drag bag, so I know how top end the quality is. I recently acquired a new rifle that has a T shaped profile on its cocking handle and these handles mean the rifle is 5 inches wide at that point. This is too big for the standard AIM bag and whilst it’s easy enough to remove the handle from the rifle for transportation, this adds a risk of losing it. Martin helped me out over the Xmas Shutdown and we went for a FSB which has solved the problem and much more, great bag.
