Returns & Refunds


Aim Field Sports recognise that sometimes you may wish to return your purchase for exchange or refund.

If you are a customer in the European Economic Area (EEA)*, you have 30 days to cancel your order because you have changed your mind. This cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

If FOR ANY REASON you are not satisfied with the product when you receive it, we will either exchange it or refund the full amount of the product to your credit/debit card or original payment method.

Firstly, please contact us to let us know that you will be returning your item prior to sending it. You can do this by one of the following methods: By email:

All goods must be returned complete, unused (with tags attached) and in the same condition as received with the original box and packaging in an undamaged and resaleable condition.

Please place a note inside with your returned item(s) to explain the reason for return and include contact details so that we can keep you informed. Let us know whether you are seeking an exchange or a refund.

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us via a trackable shipping method with proof of delivery.

Aim Field Sports Limited cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

No refund can be issued until the goods have been received and inspected by us so there may be a small delay. When we have dealt with your return, we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement or the original payment method used. Please note, we will not refund the original shipping cost of your item(s).

*Countries in EEA include: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.


If you receive an item with a fault from us, we want to get it sorted for you as soon as possible.


Within 30 days of purchase or delivery

Please contact us as soon as possible after you discover the fault and describe the issue in as much detail as you can. You will need to have your proof of purchase details to hand. If Aim Field Sports cannot rectify the problem in any other way, we will arrange collection of your item at our expense. You can opt to exchange the item or ask us for a full refund to your original payment method.


After 30 days and until two years from purchase


Aim Field Sports offer a two year guarantee against faulty workmanship on all our products.

If you have had your AIM® product for up to two years, we will get it repaired or replaced for you.

In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.


From time to time Aim Field Sports offers products below the usual sales price in the Bargain Section of the website. These items might be:

a) Incomplete. For example, we might sell an AIM® bag without a drag hood

b) Ex-demonstrator models. For example, we might have used the product for display at an exhibition where it may have become marked

c) Prototype. For example, where we have been developing new products and decided to discontinue the design

These ‘Bargain’ items are described in detail so that you buy on this basis. In specification (a) above, for example, we would not subsequently offer you a drag hood.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
